Trump didn't declassify those documents when he was president and he admitted it too.
If that's true and the FBI knew about it which we know they did then why did they wait to invade his house? Why then? The FBI even told Trump to put a better lock on the safe that they were in and he did. Biden on the other hand had classified documents dating back to the 1970s and instead of being in a safe, they were in his garage next to his corvette - not exactly the safest place to keep them.
They were giving him time to hand over the documents on his own and when he refused to comply, they had to raid his residence and take them back.
